Cancel and Deposit Policy

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Cancellations that occur at least 48 hours prior to the reservation result in a 50% forfeiture.
• Cancellations that occur within 48 hours of the reservation result in a full forfeiture. 
• Date changes are permitted at least 48 hours in advance and may be subject to availability.

Pick up and drop off instructions

• Pick up location and time : 

• Your rental begins at Whitefish Marine - 5960 US 93 S, Whitefish, MT 59937 
• Car Rentals are available for pick up between the hours of 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm MST
• If you are unable to pick up the rental before 6:00 pm, you will be required to wait until the following day

• Drop off location and time : 

• Car Rentals are due back to Whitefish Marine by 10:00 am MST on the final day of the reservation
• Rentals can be dropped off at any time prior to 10:00 am by leaving the keys in the designated drop box next to the north facing double doors
• If the car is returned after 10:00 am, you will be charged for an additional full day

Car Rental Policies

• Unlimited miles 
• Renters must provide proof of insurance upon arrival
• Vehicle make and model may vary
• Clients are required to refuel the vehicle in full prior to return
• Clients are required to remove any trash and debris from the vehicle prior to return - Cleaning fee will apply if excessive cleaning is needed
• Clients are required to read and sign the Car Rental Contract that will be emailed once the reservation is complete
• Montana state law requires rental vehicle operators to be age 21 and over with a valid driver's license
• No smoking or pets allowed in the vehicle at any time
